It comes with the original case, manual, action key, and the factory fired casing. The cylinder has also been machined by TK Custom to accept moon clips, with 10 moon clips included. If you didn't want to use the moon clips, not to worry. The machining of the cylinder does not affect the function and the gun can be fired without them.
