This is an Inland M1 Carbine semi-automatic rifle in .30 Carbine. Serial number – 4935629. The barrel stamp indicated the manufacture date for the rifle is January 1944. This rifle is in great condition and comes with a nylon sling and three magazines. Visible markings on the stock include "OI" on the left side of the slingwell representing S.E. Overton for Inland, and crossed cannons on the right side of the stock. The M1 Carbine is an iconic American weapon that was used by the Allies to win WWII and Inland was a division of General Motors that helped produce rifles during the war.
